Rules team updates

We've had some personnel shifts in the rules team between this upcoming and last event. We'll be brining on board a couple new folks and saying thanks for helping to some others.

Aaron Bird and Brian Freeman are going to be returning to the "regular old vanilla flavor players" status. Thank you both for your time and help with some difficult issues.

We're going to be welcoming a couple new refs. I think we all know Norbert Strub (Dalgreth) and Matt Hegge (brother E).

Officially, they will be there to answer rules questions as of Feb event (since they were just asked to join the team… like… today…).



So take it easy on my newbs and thank you to the outgoing refs.
